National circuit promotes training of leaders with a focus on small businesses

Action by the Sebrae Leadership Hub to hold five training workshops across Brazil

Five Brazilian capitals will receive, during the month of July, training workshops focused on the promotion and development of small businesses across the country. The actions will be carried out in the cities of Natal (RN), on July 3rd; Rio de Janeiro (RJ), on the 5th; Porto Velho (RO), 7th; Campo Grande (MS), 10th; and Florianópolis (SC), on the 12th.

The national circuit is an unprecedented action and the result of efforts by the Sebrae Leadership Pole , the Sebrae state units and the American institution Polarity Partnership. The expectation is that the events will have the participation of 200 leaders.

“The leaders are responsible for promoting changes and Sebrae's great strategic allies in carrying out the transformation in each of the Brazilian regions. In this way, it is possible to foster business competitiveness and stimulate improvement in the business environment”, comments the national coordinator of the Sebrae Leadership Hub, Julio Cezar Agostini.

In each of the five Brazilian regions, activities will include a lecture by a specialist in human resources and organizational development, Cliff Kayser, who will address the theme “How leaders can make effective decisions using the Polarity Thinking approach”, a methodology that helps leaders in process of resolving actions, with the aim of generating value and reducing negative impacts.

New Leaders

The Sebrae Leadership Polo aims to train and strengthen leaders throughout Brazil. The purpose of the meetings is to present solutions with an impact on society so that entrepreneurs are prepared to carry out their leadership roles.
