Polarity Partnerships welcomes Wanda Savage-Moore

Polarity Partnerships is excited to welcome Wanda Savage-Moore as our new owner/partner and Vice President of Organizational Development and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Products and Services.

Ms. Savage-Moore is based in the Washington DC metro area and brings an extensive background in the DE&I space as well as an engineering, organizational development and executive coaching background. Her knowledge, skills and experience include:

  • DE&I expert w/ nearly 40 Years of Professional Experience

  • Certified PACT™ Consultant

  • ICF-Certified Executive Coach having coached over 100 Professionals

  • Trained over 30,000 Professionals

  • Designed and implemented comprehensive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity assessments, training and consulting services for public and private sector organizations such as the US Department of Health and Human Services, Government Accountability Office, Census, City of Durham NC, Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, Export-Import Bank, and more

  • Provided leadership development programs, organization and individual leadership assessment, executive coaching and mentoring support across federal, state and local government(s) including the  Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, DC Water and Sewer Authority, US Forest Service, Internal Revenue Service, US Departments of Housing and Urban Development, Commerce and more

  • Designed and implemented Annual Diversity and Leadership Best Practices Conferences for over 15 Years

Wanda provides Polarity Partnerships with a powerful presence in expanding its consulting services into critical and high-growth Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion contexts and applications of Polarity Thinking. She will also be instrumental in developing new Polarity Assessment™ products throughout the JEDI space.
