    • MAPPING – Start with the end in mind: Identify desired results, values, and capabilities

  • Session 3: April 8th, 4pm PT - 9pm PT

    • ASSESSING – Utilize the Polarity Assessment™ to gather quantitative metrics from key stakeholders. Review low-tech, high-touch assessment methods.

  • Session 4: April 9th, 4pm PT - 9pm PT

    • LEARNING – Make meaning from Assessment results, gain insight into current strengths and vulnerabilities and guide clients through a results debrief

  • Session 5: April 10th, 4pm PT - 9pm PT

    • LEVERAGING – Develop and execute strategies to achieve and sustain desired results

 How You’ll Do It

  • Complete 2-3 hrs of pre-work and if desired, complete additional eLearning modules 

  • Participate in Five 5-hr facilitated online cohort sessions with optimized scheduling for participants in the EMEA and Americas time zones 

  • Access the Polarity Resource Portal for the most current theory, tools, and practice ideas 

  • Receive a PDF copy of Barry Johnson’s latest book, “And – Making a Difference by Leveraging Polarity, Paradox or Dilemma” Volume One” 

  • Optional: 2-hrs one-on-one coaching for your Applied Learning Project (ALP) - a fully supported 5-Step S.M.A.L.L Process™, including a Polarity Assessment™ 

NOTE: Completion of an applied learning project (ALP) is optional, but required to qualify for certain CCEU's (e.g. ICF Coaches earn 27 CCEU's), inclusion on Polarity Partnerships' Certified Practitioner Directory and for eligibility to coach new practitioners.
