Wanda has almost 40 years of experience with emphasis on Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI), Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Training and Facilitation. Prior to joining Polarity Partnerships, she spent 30 years building a consulting firm, working with over 30,000 professionals and public, private, and non-profit sector clients. She is an ICF-certified coach, a graduate of the George Mason University’s Organizational Wellness Coaching Program, and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Wanda brings entrepreneurial and business management expertise plus years of experience and training in Polarity Thinking™/ PACT™ to the development of Polarity Partnerships’ JEDI-focused products and delivery components.
