Dr. Debi (a nickname given to her by her clientele) has over 30 years' experience in sustainable social justice systems change. She is an award-winning Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) trainer, researcher, facilitator, consultant, educator, ICF credentialed social justice trauma and wellness coach and thought leader- speaker who works with developmental, liberation and transformational psychology frameworks.
