Joy (she, her, hers) is President of SixSEED Partners: a systems’ change; leadership/ team development and executive coaching firm that provides integrated solutions to heal healthcare. Joy and her partners use polarity thinking and measurement to increase leadership capacity within healthcare by adding both/and thinking to traditional problem-solving approaches. Through this work, her team impacts ecosystem success with less wear and tear on clinicians and staff.
As a nurse with over forty years working in healthcare, her commitment is to make healthcare healthy for those who work within it so that it can best take care of others.
