Melissa George Kessler (she/her) is a strategist, executive coach, and facilitator who works at the intersection of organizational effectiveness, communications, and leadership. She supports teams in navigating complexity, aligning strategy, and making progress on what matters most. With a background in journalism and public affairs, she has worked across sectors and continents, including with agriculture, nonprofit, and policy organizations. Melissa holds a master’s in organization development from American University and a leadership coaching certificate from Georgetown. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and certified in MBTI, EQi 2.0, DiSC and DRiV, as well as having completed training in Human Systems Dynamics and Polarity Mapping.
