Igor holds two Masters Degrees from top 10 Russian universities (Linguistics and Int’l Law), as well as an MBA degree. He also teaches about creative leadership and coaching in most profound universities in Moscow.
Having started as an NLP Master-Practioner combining that with his attorney practice he left his law office in order to focus on coaching and since that has been working as an Executive and Leadership Coach, Supervisor and Embodiment Facilitator.
He is been using polarities for over 10 years in his coaching model inspired and taught by such world recognised coaches as Tim Gallwey (The Inner game), Jon Whitmore (Coaching for Performance), Myles Downey (Enabling Genius), Jan Ardui (Systemic Presence), Peter Wrycza (Repatterning, Conversations on the Edge of Silence – Generative Dialogue, for individuals, couples, groups, and communities) as well as some Russian coaches
After his graduation from PACT™ Foundations & Professional Applications in 2023 he became the first Certified Polarity Management Practitioner in the Russian Federation.
He also leads an active social life and has consistently been a member of the leadership of the ICF of Russia and the ARC (Association of Russian Speaking Coaches).
Igor loves to get acquainted with different cultures and has visited about 55 countries. At his mature age, he is a happy father of a very tiny daughter and simply has no other choice but to combine the already acquired life experience and professionalism with youthful enthusiasm and openness to everything new.
