I specialize in change leadership, organizational development and cultivating adaptive leaders, teams and organizations. Having spent my career leading complex change, including as Global Lead for How We Work at Twitter, I know first-hand how hard it is to drive real transformation. I’ve also seen how the resulting uncertainty and turbulence impacts performance and wellbeing at every level of the organization.

That's why I founded Work In Motion and developed Coherent Change Leadership - a research-informed approach to help people lead change with coherence and to empower organizations to evolve and shape what comes next. Work In Motion offers learning, coaching and advisory services. 

I've worked with change leaders from Roche, Diageo, AP Moller Maersk, Eventbrite, Tesco, PwC, IBM, Flutter, London Stock Exchange, and many more. I regularly contribute to industry events and I'm a Certified Integral Facilitator, Certified Polarity Practitioner and Transformational Coach. I also hold a BA in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgrad Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University and a Future of Work Certificate from London School of Economics.
