Andre Keil brings more than 15 years of experience as an executive coach and facilitator in the leadership-consulting space. His focus is helping leaders respond better to complex, continuously changing business environments so they can become more effective, resilient individuals in both their professional and personal lives.
He brings a unique understanding of the value of the coaching role, having managed more than 500 top U.S.-based coaches while holding leadership positions with the Center for Creative Leadership. His early career also included stints in the start-up world, which gave him a broad understanding of the many challenges entrepreneurs and companies can face.
Andre is adept at both strategic and tactical business thinking, looking at the big picture to determine where to go and then mapping a clear route to get there. He is very experienced at designing and implementing coaching programs and creating content that moves the needle for program participants.
